New Dictionary Tries To Save Old English Words

A new dictionary is trying to save old English words from disappearing. The Chambers Dictionary wants to keep old English words such as jobernowl (a stupid person) and logodaedalus (someone who is good at speaking) in use. Ian Brookes, the editor of the Chambers Dictionary said: “We've decided to provide a kind of museum of language." The newest Chambers Dictionary will be available in August.
